All sponsorship packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to SDS2's approval. An approved application is required to secure your sponsorship.  

Sponsors who cancel before July 1, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund, with a deduction of a $100 processing fee. For cancellations made after July 1, 2024, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be granted for sponsor cancellations made after August 1, 2024. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sds2-summitconference@allplan.com
